Avalon Equine has once again, generously donated one of their spectacular warmblood foals to Leg-Up as a fund raiser. In the past, those funds have gone to help both individuals and groups in need of a hand and we shall continue to help where and when we can.
This year's raffle foal is Gold Doubloon d'Avalon (Goldmaker x Wroya/Wolkenglanz) a stunning, premium RPSI Palomino colt by the cremello Thoroughbred stallion, Goldmaker and is out of one of our best warmblood broodmares, Wroya LNF. Wroya is by the Hanoverian stallion, Wolkenglanz - a beautiful, elegant stallion with some of the very best in sporthorse breeding in his pedigree..
Gold Doubloon d'Avalon is showing himself to be a bold colt with lovely, correct movement, and a people oriented personality. A golden Palomino color, he is going to make someone a stunning performance prospect that will get you noticed in the show ring. He was a Gold Premium - appropriately - at his RPSI inpsection.
Rheinland Pfalz-saar International has once again, generously donated the cost of inspection and registration of this foal!
The final drawing and announcement of the winner will be December 31st, 2015.

Gold Doubloon d'Avalon
(Goldmaker x Wroya LNF/Wolkenglanz
2015 Palomino Colt, Gold Premium - inspected and registered Rheinland Pfalz-saar International - RPSI generously donated the cost of inspection and branding of this colt.
The colt's sire, Goldmaker, is currently the only fully licensed and approved Cremello TB stallion in the world to have successfully complete the 70 Day Stallion Performance Test. He has repeatedly stamped his offspring with kind, winning temperaments, an athletic and massively powerful hind quarter, correct conformation, and all gilded in gold.
This colt is bred to EXCEL and will certainly make someone a competitive partner and should excel in whatever discipline you would choose. You better bring your "A Game" when showing this colt as you WILL be noticed!
In the event you would like to support the cause, but don't wish to own the foal, you will have the option of donating the foal back to the Leg-Up Equestrian Assistance Program, Inc. and an online auction will be held with the proceeds from that auction going back to L.E.A.P.

Raffle Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions of the Warmblood Foal Leg-Up Benefit Raffle which is sponsored by Leg-Up Equestrian Assistance Program, Inc.. Your participation and purchase of tickets in the Raffle shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
The following are the terms and conditions of the Warmblood Foal Leg-Up Benefit Raffle which is sponsored by Leg-Up Equestrian Assistance Program, Inc.. Your participation and purchase of tickets in the Raffle shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
- Entry to the Raffle is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and /or identity.
- Employees and relatives of employees of the Sponsor and any entities affiliated or related to the Sponsor shall not be eligible to enter the Raffle. For the purposes herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
- The Raffle shall end on December 15th, 2015. Drawing will take place on December 31st, 2015. Ticket sales will begin June 24, 2015 and run through December 15th, 2015. This shall refer to the promotional period.
- Each entrant shall be entitled to purchase tickets throughout the Promotional Period. Entry into the Raffle is $5.00/ticket , $20 for 5 tickets, $100 for 30 tickets or $500 for 175 tickets.. In the event that the Sponsor deems an entrant to have in any way acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Raffle and consequently deemed ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below.
- In order to enter the Raffle each entrant shall submit their first name, last name, email address, physical address and zip code along with payment for said ticket.
- The Grand Prize for winning the Raffle shall be the RPSI foal, Gold Doubloon d'Avalon. Leg-Up Equestrian Aid Foundation shall cover all costs associated with the foal for up to 14 days after the winning ticket has been drawn. The winning ticket holder shall be responsible for all costs associated with transporting (including but not limited to, health papers, required testing, transport costs, etc.) said foal to the winning ticket holders location. All costs associated with transporting the foal shall be at the winning ticket holders expense. Board for any time after said 14 days shall be at a rate of $15/day.
- Confirmation of the Prize shall be made to the Raffle Winner by written acceptance of the Prize by winner as set forth herein. Winner specifically acknowledges that winner shall be responsible for the payment of all tax, title fees, license fees, insurance requirements and other charges as may be required under any law, ordinance, statute, regulation or otherwise.
- The Sponsor shall notify each winner of the winning via E-mail and/or telephone within five (5) days of the Raffle.
- Notwithstanding Section 8 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner fails to respond, within seven (7) days at time of winning a Prize as mentioned in Section 7, to the E-mail or telephone notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to such Prize and the Sponsor shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
- The Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
- Your participation in the Raffle is deemed your agreement that the Sponsor may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant the Sponsor the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against the Sponsor in this regard.
- The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
- By entering the Raffle, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.
- Winning entrant states that they have the ability to properly house, feed, handle and care for a foal and agrees to an onsite inspection and approval of premise prior to accepting delivery of foal. If the premise is deemed unsuitable, winner agrees to make whatever changes necessary to comply with the inspector, or agrees to relinquish ownership of the foal back to Leg-Up. Winning entrant agrees to provide periodically updates and photos of the foal as well as occasional onsite checks, if deemed necessary. Winning entrant also agrees that they are fully able and capable of caring for and raising a foal, including but not limited to adequate feeding, housing and training of said foal. If at any time, it is deemed that winning entrant is unable to properly care for said foal, winning entrant agrees to return the foal to Sponsor and any and all fees paid for purchasing raffle tickets shall be refunded.
- By entering the Raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.
- The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole judgment, the Raffle is not capable of being conducted as specified.
- The winners’ names will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Sponsor at its physical address.
- These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma and jurisdiction over any and all disputes shall be exclusive to the state and federal courts in Oklahoma.
- All sales of tickets to this raffle are final and refunds will not be given, even in the event that refund is requested prior to the Raffle Date.
